Hm, i had the same Problem some time.. The Proxy wasn't able to find the
internal icons.. try _not_ entering a Serverroot dir in the config-file, and
Redirect /httpd-internal-icons/* file:/your/local/icon/path/* ! works fine
here.. ;)..
