Another example:
We use chained proxies for demos where 15 machines are used to storm the Web
simultaneously, starting from the same examples page. A cache on the demo
account is used, and is put on /tmp for maximal speed; since /tmp isn't large
enough for a full cache, we use a second cache on disk, operating somewhere
on the local network.
